Deposit
A booking deposit of 500 USD per person is required to reserve a place on the tour. Your place on the tour is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email from Rebels With A Cause (“RWAC”) acknowledging that payment has been received and that there is space available. If space is not available for the chosen tour, the deposit will be refunded or, with your agreement, transferred to another tour.

Balance of Payment
‍From time to time, additional payments may be necessary (for example permits, changes in government or ticket taxes, train tickets, etc.), and these will be communicated to you in writing with as much notice as possible. Most of our tours are designed to be largely inclusive, so there should be no surprise charges. The final balance is payable no later than 60 days prior to departure. Failure to pay the full balance by this date may result in additional charges and fees or your booking being treated as canceled, with the applicable cancellation charges applied. Any money paid to a travel or booking agent or to another person is not considered received by RWAC until the funds have cleared into RWAC’s account. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Some promotions may require full payment at the time of booking; where this applies, it will be clearly stated together with these Terms and Conditions. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Any cancellation of a tour must be received in writing and becomes effective on the date RWAC receives the notice. If you are unable to travel on your original tour date but still wish to travel with RWAC, notify us as soon as possible and management will review whether a transfer to another departure is possible; this is not guaranteed, and the standard conditions remain in place unless alternate arrangements are agreed to in writing by RWAC. If you fail to arrive at the designated starting point of the tour on the confirmed date and time, RWAC will treat your reservation as a no‑show, with full cancellation charges applying and your place on the tour released. No refund or alternate date will be provided in that circumstance.

PRICING
All prices are stated in United States dollars unless otherwise specified. Because some costs are based on foreign currency exchange rates and third‑party pricing, RWAC reserves the right to adjust the tour price in response to currency fluctuations or to pass on additional taxes, charges, levies, or fees that arise as new or unforeseen costs, including after your departure.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Packages relate to specific tour dates. Unless otherwise specified, packages include: arrival and departure airport transfers, twin‑share accommodation, breakfast/lunch/dinner and selected snacks, use of a recent‑model motorcycle or support vehicle, fuel, support crew and vehicles, local guides, mechanical support, basic first aid support, and pre‑arranged activities listed in the itinerary.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Unless explicitly stated, the following are not included: pre‑ or post‑tour accommodation; transfers other than those specified; additional meals, drinks, and snacks; optional sightseeing; laundry; taxis and rickshaws; travel insurance; tips and gratuities; vaccinations and medical tests; passports and visas; items of a personal nature; and riding gear or helmets.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
You are responsible for holding all valid and required documents to undertake the tour. This includes, but is not limited to, passports, visas, vaccinations, medical documentation, travel tickets, and licenses. RWAC strongly recommends consulting a travel medicine professional for appropriate medical advice before departure. You are also responsible for staying informed about travel advisories or conditions in the countries visited. Motorcycle riders must hold a valid license in their country of residence that permits them to ride a 150cc (or larger, if applicable) motorcycle.

CHANGES OF ITINERARY
RWAC acts as a facilitator of travel arrangements with airlines, hotels, local operators, and other service providers. Your booking may need to be changed or canceled due to circumstances outside RWAC’s control, such as hotel or airline overbooking, schedule changes, or operational issues. If a listed hotel is unavailable at the time of booking, a suitable alternative will be arranged. RWAC will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the published itinerary; however, due to the adventurous nature of these tours, the itinerary may change at any time, including during the trip. RWAC reserves the right to amend, omit sections, or cancel your booking where necessary. The tour leader has sole authority to alter the route or schedule when required for safety or operational reasons and may declare a participant unfit or unsafe to ride; that decision is final.

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is provided on a twin‑share basis unless a single supplement has been purchased. In some situations (for example on trains, boats, or in certain guesthouses), single rooms may not be available and you may be required to share. The advertised single‑supplement rate reflects these situations and is not reduced if sharing becomes necessary. If you choose twin‑share and no suitable roommate can be found, RWAC will provide a single room at no extra cost where possible. As tours are adventure‑focused, accommodation is generally in the basic, clean, and comfortable range (typically equivalent to 2–3 star or above). While RWAC works only with providers that meet reasonable standards, some properties are in remote or developing areas and quality may vary. Wherever possible, accommodations will provide hot showers, bedding, towels, and western‑style toilets.

SAFETY
Adventure travel in destinations such as Pakistan inherently carries risk, particularly when motorcycles are involved. By booking, you and your traveling party acknowledge these risks and accept that RWAC will not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss, financial loss, consequential loss, loss of enjoyment, opportunity cost, pain and suffering, damage, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience arising from participation in RWAC tours. Tour leaders and support crew are trained in basic first aid and carry emergency kits for non‑critical issues such as minor cuts and abrasions. In serious situations requiring medical attention, your travel‑insurance medical provider will be contacted unless you explicitly choose to make your own arrangements at your own expense. In the event that medical evacuation from a remote area is required, RWAC will coordinate with local partners where possible; however, you remain responsible for any associated costs unless covered by your insurance. Communication (internet, mobile, landline) in many of the regions visited can be unreliable, and RWAC is not responsible for any resulting lack of contact with friends or family.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is a condition of booking that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers, at a minimum, trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and loss or damage to luggage and personal items. Insurance should be arranged at the time you pay your deposit. If you arrange your own insurance, you must provide RWAC with your insurer’s name and policy number as soon as the policy is active. Because the primary activity on these tours involves riding motorcycles, be aware that many travel‑insurance policies, to the best of our knowledge, do not cover personal liability or third‑party property damage while operating a motor vehicle, including motorcycles. You are personally responsible for any damage or injury caused by you and by any vehicle you control, and you agree to indemnify RWAC from any liability arising from such damage or injury.

RESPONSIBILITY
RWAC is not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults (whether negligent or otherwise) of any independent service providers used in connection with the tour. RWAC is not liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, delay, or inconvenience resulting directly or indirectly from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Information about services and products (such as flight times or hotel facilities) is provided in good faith based on details supplied by third parties and may change without notice; RWAC is not responsible for errors or omissions arising from such changes.
